Thanks Charlie2009. Did not think to check wikipedia. Further checking wikipedia, found the following:

Typing Dunavska Banuvina Stamp in Google tells me that this is probably a local Yugoslavian revenue stamp issued in 1938. Dunavska Banuvina was the province formed by the northern part of Serbia.
