I think that's Jim Moore, known here as Calstamp. As it happens I just have a letter in front of me with stuff he bought from me, ready to be mailed. He is from Winter Springs, so it must be him.
Some of the sellers use a company name on their invoices and it can be a bit confusing until you get used to it. Sometimes I have to check the addresses to make sure.

I’ll vouch for him too, even though he apparently keeps having to pay for more stamps and paperwork to get my darned “free” stamps to me in Canada. By the time they arrive I probably won’t remember WTH he is!
