Do you have more of the same country or topic? Just add another page to your book. That is all I can think of to do.
Steven, I have an idea. Let me discuss this with Tim, and see if it will be possible to program what I'm thbniking. I'll get back with more information in this thread when I have it.
This will also affect some new books.
I think you have a valid point here. We did a test program in which many different scenarios were considered and tested, but this was something we did not think of. I think a provision needs to be made to allow updates without running into issues when it needs to be reactivated.
In my opinion it should not be too hard to create a conditional clause for it.
Steve,
I'm trying to work out a solution of your problem for you. Why was it that you had to deactivate some stamps in the book?
Regards ... Tim.
Another related issue to cardstamp's problem is that waivers cannot be processed at this time. We are working to see if we can come up with a method to work waivers.
Until we figure this issue out, please do not send me any approval book waiver requests.
Steve,
We have changesin the pipeline that should fix the problem you brought up. We want to do a little more testing on my changes. We should be able to put the fix in tomorrow night (Tues 3/3/2020).
Regards ... Tim.

Thanks Tim , I sent you a second message this morning. I think maybe in my specific case - I made the error which caused the problem. I also sent my thoughts to Michael also. No need to put these specifics here. Steve
I just ran into a major issue for me. I had an existing book that was activated awhile ago. It originally had over 100 stamps but many were sold. I had to deactivate several. First of all I did not realize I would have to make the book inactive to do so. So I did that but when I went to activate it again it would not let me do it because now there were only 93 stamps left for sale. This is NOT RIGHT ! The book had well 100 stamps but I needed to make an edit. I needed to deactivate several but now I can not activate the book again. This would be the same problem if you want to lower the prices - you have to make the book inactive. So when I reduce my prices when a book is in CLOSING SOON - there very well may be well less than 100 stamps left - so you will not be able to activate it again. This change is a real problem for me..Now I have a book that has about 90 stamps left and I can not reactivate it. Please advise... Steve
