Bellefonte to Hollidaysburg stampless cover

Description
Bellefonte CDS (on upper left) on letter sheet to Hollidaysburg PA, April 7, 1841. There are two letter sheets: one with cancel and address; one with the interior letter. There are some additional manuscript elements on the outer letter sheet.

American Stampless Cover Catalogue notes Bellefonte CDS as early as 1808 through 1852 on stampless covers.
I transcribed what I could from the letter.
"Gentlemen,
"I got your note cashed after some [....] difficulty by a friend. And as it did have [...] it leaves me in a rather bad fix, as I am totally unable to raise the money now. I do hope you will make arrangements to have it lifted as soon as possible. It must be [...] or I may be [...]for the money. And this would alarm my creditors and perhaps ruin me. If you will befriend (?) me in this instance, I will be under many obligations to you."
The covering letter sheet is quite discolored, and both sheets have some separations at the folds. It is stable, but delicate.
