This is the North Borneo "Clouded Leopard", issued in 1931 for the 50th anniversary of the British North Borneo Company.
Stanley Gibbons #299 and quotes a value of £60. I'm starting this off at 40% of catalogue value, only $32.54 in US dollars.
This stamp has original gum and has been hinged previously.
It's not an issue you see every day and not one that is real easy to get for your collection.
