PayPal payments preferred. You may pay with a credit card through Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account.
Cheques drawn on any USA or Canadian bank accepted (see next line for comments on C$ Conversion Rate). No Money Orders please.
Canadians may pay by Interac e-transfer for amounts over CAD$50, converted at the mid-market exchange rate provided by xe.com (saves us both the bank's cut on the exchange rate)

Shipping: One flat rate shipping cost regardless of the number of lots purchased, except for larger lots where specific shipping costs are specified in the description. All items shipped flat and well protected. See description. Canada $2.00, USA $3.00. All other countries $4.00. If our actual postage cost works out to be less than our flat rate charge, we will refund the difference in postage of your country. (US/Canada/UK/Australia/NZ postage available).
