Both of these are US U 420, 1c Franklin PSE. Both are sent as local rate (and/or third class). They have different preprinted PL&Rs quoted: 435.5 and 562. They are sent from the same facility, but have different corner cards. The PSE sent to the Colemans is die 5; to Walton, die 1.
