Spent about three hours trying to find these stamps in Scott catalog, and I hate to admit, but I am stumped. Google said Serbia or Bosnia & Herzegovina, but nothing there.
Stamps are imperf and no gum.
Can any one help?

re: Romanija, where is it?

Some kind of Yugoslavian cinderellas I assume, based on the fact that most names have a Yugoslavian connection: Triglav, Rijeka, Titograd etc.

Drzava means state so that doesn't make any sense to me.

re: Romanija, where is it?

Probably not much help but the Triglav was a Yugoslavian freighter sunk July 9, 1942 by the U66.
The Zadar sunk 17/9/1944 by explosion. Rijeka appears to have been a minesweeper.
Maybe the stamps were for a veterans association or issued in memory at sometime, may have only been semi-postal.

They kinda look like the labels applied to boxes of matches - seen a lot of similar labels especially Eastern Europe.

re: Romanija, where is it?

@ Jansimon, I was reading that as Drvaca, which seems to come up on google as associated with trees? Not that it seems to be a currency anywhere, nearest I can find is this reference on Wikipedia "Divača is a large nucleated village in the Littoral region of Slovenia, near the Italian border. It is the seat of the Municipality of Divača."
Quite a puzzle,

@Copy55555, that sort of makes sense of the trees reference, 50 Matches?

Vic, you are correct. I should not post messages from the tiny screen of a smartphone Happy

50 matches could be a good translation.
