Gibbons has a note about your stamp and three others of the same design - different colors and values. Scott seems to have their notation wrong. Gibbons states that the four stamps were prepared in 1897, but were not issued ("put into use"). They exist pin-perfed and imperf and come unused or CTO. The set is valued at 16 GBP either unused or CTO. No individual valuation.
