Not the buyers fault. A polite decline might be a better response as opposed to the finger. Just sayin'.

Your opinion...I understand. But asking for a reduction on something already 50% off is nonsense.
I took a look at your HS site. A lot of nice stamps! But no indication they have been marked down 50% and the Make an Offer button is active.
I assume the image below is the lot you mentioned above. I don't see how a potential buyer would know this is a marked down lot.
Banknote.....that's not the one I was referring to, which was a set of Newfoundland stamps that I had listed for $110. The sales was only supposed to be all of the original issue Canada Admiral Series.
Did the lot indicate it is was marked down 50%? I can't find any that show that. Maybe you can provide a link so we can see what a potential buyer would have seen?
I deleted the item, and have requested HS to contact the offeror and explain their error. I had no contact info to do so. The lot did indeed show it at 50% off. THat's one reason I want THEM to explain it to the offeror who otherwise might think I just changed my mind.
There should be quality controls in place to prevent this. I've already got one regular customer who has ordered and paid for two stamps that should not have been in the sale. I will honor his purchase.
That stinks. Can cost a seller alot of money
Yeppers!
Hi you have some nice stamps in your store. I don't answer low ball offers. that's why I have my offers blocked. got tired getting offers @ 10% listings.
I make my own sales on HS. I don't rely on them. It's not hard after you do it a few times. I have a premium store, and it will take 2-5 days to get a reply. Mark is not there. or if he is not much. I am trying to get to 77000 items listed.

I had notified them 2 weeks ago I wanted a store sale of 50% off Canadian Admirals, and gave them the range of Scott numbers. After several unanswered emails re: my sale specifics, they contacted me and apologized and said they would start the sale. This morning I look at my HS account and see an offer from a buyer on a set of Newfoundland stamps which had been marked down (erroneously) from $110 to $55. I look at my site and see stamps from other countries at 50% off. Idiots!! I shot them (HS) an email ASAP.
If you are setting up holiday sails on HS, take a damn good look at what they do.
The "offer" was $51. On a listing originally set at $110. I can't send the person a message, but it would have included a pic of a middle finger.
