And am trying to set up pages for this series of stamps using album easy
I have an old Michael catalog with this page in it and was hoping to use it to set up the pages.
I don;t read german
I assume the bottom panel is supposed to list these issues but I can't see a 4 in the listing.
Does anyone know why that is or if I am interpreting it wrong. Or pehaps a better resource for these in english?
Any help would be appreciated

According to the HVPJ regulation, only the penny value of the picture series may be overprinted. However, the postal service's kiloware brought many of these number stamps to light on parcel sections, which is why the actual character of these stamps should no longer be questioned, as many PA are missing certain values from the picture series, but where did these go?
These stamps, as well as the special stamps that were not officially authorized and the stamp values with unprinted numbers, will be overprinted. The prices listed apply only to values that have been certified by a recognized expert.

I assume,that the stamp is a perforated one.
There is a footnote in Michel,saying:
Numeral stamps 3,4 and 42 Pf. have been found till now always as being fake-overprints.

The original stamp (without the overprint) is cataloged as Michel nr : 914 -> 4 Pfg with comb serration 14
With the overprint : 37 Crivitz it is not in the Michel catalog.
The issued ones have a michel number : I a VIII - I x VIII and this serie does not include the 4 Pfg
For the imperforated stamp I can say to you that it is a fake.
