I know :-) That is where I found it.
This has the same design as the stamp printed in green on a German postcard Mi P 275 commemorating the election in the Sudetenland on 4th December 1938.
This was issued on 2nd December 1938, the same day that Germany issued its two Sudetenland stamps, again showing the same "4 Dezember 1938" date but with a different design.
If it is cheap enough, I think you should get it.
You can learn something from this I assume.
I am currently not able to accsess this book, but I have a good book on 3rd r***ch stamps.
It was published in the 80's by my club presidents friends friend or something.
Reverse image search only brings up the same postcards as noted above in Nigel C's post. One of which is postmarked May 1939 in Breslau.
Edit: This website has a bit more information about the postcard with the pre printed green stamp. It also mentions private issues.

I had a look at Tradera. They want a Swedish social security number to sign up. That's something I've never seen before!
I was not asked for such a number. Perhaps they make a difference between EU and non-EU?
Nigel and Victor: thank you for your help. Of course the question remains how this became a perforated stamp, but at least the design is not made up.

Here is something that is currently being offered by one of the guys I regularly buy from over here. He admits this is something he does not know nor can find anything about. What about anyone here? Is this for real or just one of the many fake 3rd Reich stamps flooding the market these days? it is not in the Michel catalogue, for starters...
