It is the stamp from a 1969 East Germany souvenirsheet commemorating the 20th anniversary of the DDR. I do not have the catalogue within reach but I think you should be able to find it now.

Despite my efforts, I've been unable to identify this stamp or label. Since I collect both stamps and variations, Cinderella's, aberrations, etc., either way I'll be happy just to learn more about this item. Thanks, Big Daddy Dave
