Hi,
These purport to come from Abkhazia, a part of Georgia that is currently under Russian control.
The name in large Cyrillic letters, "Apsmi", is the Abkhaz name for the territory, and next to this is the Russian for "Abkhaz Republic".
I believe these are bogus particularly given their lack of a currency indicator and the similar labels that have have appeared claiming to be from very many Russian and other former-Soviet regions.
I have some other Abkhaz stamps that seem to have some form of official status and I believe are listed in Michel.
They will be an interesting piece of history as whatever takes place in the region happens.
