re: How soakable are Iceland's self adhesives?

I must admit that i was not aware of any Icelandic self adhesive stamps. I suppose that means I still lack most of the recent stamps...
Is PostNord also in charge of Iceland mail? If so, the self adhesives are probably similar to those from Denmark and Sweden: horrible and not soakable in the normal way.

re: How soakable are Iceland's self adhesives?

I bought a couple of bags of Iceland kiloware when their post office said they are no longer issuing new stamps. One was off an ebay seller in Iceland - was mainly newer stamps 90% self adhesives, from about 2000-2018. The other was from Nordfrim, which had a larger range of years and variety of stamps.

Anyway, I think I answered my own question. My internet was down this morning, so I could not see responses to my question, so I figure I would test a few. Test were good, so starting soaking them all - so far they soak pretty easy. I leave them in for about 15-20 minutes and they come right off the paper, no complaints from me.

Thanks,
Josh
