I believe the second autograph is by Jay Berwanger, a halfback who was born in Dubuque Iowa and is the first recipient of what is now known as the Heisman Trophy

The prices for Berwanger autographs are all over the place but should bring at least $50 (EDIT: a bit high, I think now) to a football memorabilia collector! IMHO!!!
