Thanks to Google Lens I can tell you that the two in the middle are regional revenue stamps from Libya. see this reference page:
https://www.revrevd.com/libya-kingdom-re ... (scroll all the way to the bottom)
And the one at the bottom is Lebanon Sc. RA14
The first stamp you will find in Scott under Tripolitania... #C38. Scott is really confused with stamps from Libya, Cyrenaica, and Tripolitania, and quite frequently has stamps from these 'countries' mixed up. From 1923, commemorative stamps for the two constituent parts of Libya (Tripolitania and Cyrenaica) were issued concurrently with the general issues of Libya until 1934.
The bottom stamp is Lebanon, RA15 issued in 1961
rrr...
Thanks Gents, i thought the Fezzan stamps might have been cinderellas or fakes...i was wrong. I do not know how the Lebanon revenue got in with them. I should have known about the Libya Cyrenaica situation. thanks again for the replies.

I know i crack and run at the first sign of resistance...but i am trying. I could not find these guys in the Scott catalog.
