It is on ribbed paper and is considered VF. It has full gum. However, it has not been certified. There are pics of both sides. I'm tempted to buy it, get it certified, and sell it for $1000.

Is it possible that this moron had it connected to a Canadian stamp and separated them to sell separately? But NO, surely no one could be that stupid!!!

If I could figure out a link, I'd post it. But....For only C$125 you can purchase a blank (on both sides) Canada "stamp".
