I was intrigued by this postcard. I did some online sleuthing but did not come up with much. A translation would be appreciated.Is the postcard meant to raise funds for a national monument? Interesting that a year after this card was posted,The Battle of France had begun and shortly afterwards France was defeated by the Germans.

It starts: "Card to keep for your collection." I am quite sure I got that correct, but the rest, I just cannot read the French handwriting.

This is what I make of the second part:
Es-tu tout à fait d'attaque pour le .... à present? Ta maman va enfin beaucoup mieux.
Tendrement.
Are you completely ready for the ... now. Your mum is finally doing a lot better.
