I just bought a small collection of French stamps. Included were these packet stamps. Unfortunalty my catalog does not list these.
I took a look on Stamp World and found that some could actually be of value. Any help with a cat. # and value would be a great help.
All but 3 are MNH.

Nice! I have never seen so many of these together!

No idea why they are not properly listed, like the similar stamps from Belgium.

re: Early French Packet stamps

Also known as Parcel Post stamps, they ARE listed in the Scott catalogue as such.

They are listed under France as Q1 thru Q285.
There are many minor variations, and you are correct - some do have higher values.

I would be happy to mail or email copies of the 5 relevant pages from my catalogue if you like.

If so, send me a private message (PM) and we will set it up.

Yes, they do have value.

The stamps with the letter "A", for example are a complete set. Scott #Q76-82, 2023 value $106.25 for F-VF hinged. Never hinged seems to be about 60% higher. I didn't add them up.

Hi Opa,

Sorry for the quality of the images, I hope you can understand them.
Yvert-Tellier catalog 2019 (I think the values in the catalog have been increased).

Very nice collection. French parcel post stamps are not too often seen in such nice quantity and quality.
And fairly difficult to accumulate except one by one.

Thanks George. To bad #56 is missing. Below is a scan of #90 Yvert-Tellier. The back of these are almost flawless, perhaps a bit yellowed.
