We had one exactly the same, sent in November from Washington State to Ontario. Same marking. I would include a photo, but we sent the cover back to the customer for his collection.

I had something like that a year ago. First they wanted to ship the package to Kyrgyzstan, then they corrected it to the Netherlands Antilles and when it was there the correct conclusion was drawn that it had to be the Netherlands.
Package was in transit for 5 months!

I had a similar problem ,I was expecting a lot from one of our members.After nothing for a couple of months I messaged the seller,and was told he had just got it back as undeliverable!! he told me he reposted it I received it a couple of weeks later??
There was no indication whether it was retuned from australia or the US had it all the time.

Received this envelope yesterday, seems to have arrived in Canada via Sri Lanka, not the shortest route from Omaha.
