The list is fairly short, but I've received mail from The Netherlands, Ukraine and the UK in the last ten days, so what gives?
As far as I understand it, the suspension is the other way around, for sending mail to those countries, not receiving it.
And the Netherlands was only mentioned for a few days in February, when extreme weather caused delays. This is not the same as permanently (or semi-permanently) suspending the service altogether.
