Netherlands. France. France.

Yes - all revenues.
Anywhere to check values?
Thanks
Suggest you consult the Forbin catalogue.
Hi bigcreekdad,
The Forbin catalogue is still surprisingly useful but the last edition was published in 1913 so the prices are not all that helpful!
Sadly, this was the last worldwide revenue stamp catalogue.
These three stamps all seem to be listed there with low prices of around one or two centimes each.
Much newer revenue catalogues exist such as Benelux Revenues for the Netherlands from John Barefoot (2007), and Catalogue des Timbres Fiscaux for France from Yvert et Tellier, although my only copy dates back to 1990.
Here's Benelux Revenues:
Here's a new edition of the French catalogue:
The one from the Netherlands is pretty common. I do not get too see many Dutch revenue stamps here, but when I do, this is one that I see most. We call them "plakzegels" and they were used for many different purposes.
The 2 French revenues are also quite common and do not sell for much more than 25¢ each in used condition.
FWIW
Pre-owned copies of Forbin catalogue (second and third editions) currently listed for sale on eBay. Under 20 dollars each.
So...bottom line....I have to cancel the order for the new BMW.
Seriously, thanks folks!
only if the original plan was to pay with those three stamps!
The Forbin catalogue can be downloaded free and legal here

Any thoughts on these? Looks like maybe France and Netherlands, but I couldn't find in Scotts.
