It is actually not that difficult. The #7 has a completely blue blackground, whereas the improved second printing #10 has a white background. I suppose it helps when you see them both, so here you go.

Also, #7 the red cross has a frame line around it. I got that reversed when I looked it up. I removed my previous post to avoid confusion.
