Found this in an old album I just picked up. Kind of unique way to mark a forgery I had not seen before so I thought I would share it Happy

I would guess that "Paramount" is a brand of stamp mounts for mint stamps.
The marked stamp could have been an enclosure in a promotional mailing.

There was a brand of hinges by that name, anyway...
