Al, I don't have the 2022 but I do have the 2021, and it's identical to what you've posted here. (Prices are the same, too.) And there is no footnote added to direct the user to later listings, so it looks like this is the entire Scott treatment of this issue, as of the 2021 edition.
Thanks.
First thing that comes to my mind is that I need to check what I have. I always considered the stamps from that particular series as just one category above junk, but perhaps I need to reconsider, seeing those cat. values... also I had no idea that there were three versions. Some time ago I tried to sell some of these in the approvals, neglecting (not knowing) the c.v., but there was not much demand for them. People could have gotten them at a bargain...
Second thing is that I should see how these are dealt with in Michel. Sometimes there are huge differences, both in the details of the listing as well as in the valuations.
Not sure if it helps but my 1988 SG commonwealth has the following for the un-watermarked sets. The watermarked sets are as Scott.
My 2017 Scott shows this for the 1973 and later Hides and Skins issues. Steiner pages are missing some of the issues and suspect Scott updated them after pages were generated - likely 20+ years ago. I did check latest downloads on Steiner website and sent him an email.
Before I go to the time of customizing pages, I am requesting someone to confirm if there were any changes for these issues since the 2017 Scott.
