Railway parcel post stamp, Belgium.

Thank you so much Bob and Roy. I knew somebody in this group would have it in no time!
The glaring clue is the capital "B" in the small center
space in the decoration along the top edge.
The names in the boxes in the cancellation (Which I cannot read)
identify the town or station of departure and destination.
We had a member years ago who had a large accumulation, not just
of the particular value, but all the possible combinations of
travel on as many different values. I remember sending him a
large envelope of Belgium's parcel post railway stamps in
exchange for an equally large mixture of early Machin stamps..
The cancel reads "Ans", a suburb of Liège.
Greetings all. The heavy cancel on the below stamp is making it hard for me to ID. Some clues I figured out are that it appears to be showing a steam engine and the currency would appear to be Francs of some sort. But beyond that I'm fairly lost. Any help anybody could provide would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
