The originals will cost you about $30+ on Ebay;
the later versions - which were not as good - will cost around $10-$15 each.
I have six of each that I use for my own collection.
I'm sorry, but they aren't for sale.

i guess i will have to live with the $2.00 a bag Prinz hinges..every once in a blue moon i come accross an open bag of Dennisons in a remainder lot...they are indestructible.

I see several up right now in EBAY Auctions. Have you looked there - I got one about 2 years ago. Steve

Be careful as many are "Dennisen" knock-offs. Note the spelling

Good point Carol.
Our remaining Stamp Store here had a bunch of hinge packets on sale for about CDN$5 a year or so ago so I bought a number of them figuring other SOR members might want them. Then I found out (through a reply to my post here) that it was a scam - same look but subtly different spelling.
Well, at least it didn’t cost as much as my Rolez watch...

I just did a search to see if anyone was discussing stamp hinges. I found this tread! I was curious if anyone would be interested in my item that I posted in the auction ... 3 packages of hinges!
I hope someone gets to enjoy them. It will help me with my den clean up, LOL!!!
EDIT: Sheepshank, maybe I've asked to little for them! one pack is Dennison ....
