The one on the left is Scott B49. I think center is B49A and right is B49B.
ETA: They are Poland, obviously. Semi-postals from 1946. My 2010 Scott catalog notes the surcharge was for the International Bureau of Education
Thanks I just overlooked them in Gibbons despite spending ages looking.
The image in gibbons is in black and white and not colour. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it
Well, "Black Stamps Matter."
There's also a rare and very desirable souvenir sheet containing these three stamps. I can't include a picture because, like the three stamps, I DON'T HAVE IT!!
Here's the miniature sheet that Harvey mentioned:
It's not mine and I've copied the image from the really useful Stamp Encyclopaedia Poland website:
https://www.stampspoland.nl/index.html
This item is listed in the index under "Sheets" as number 009.
SG lists it as SG MS571d, priced in 2015 at £700.00 mint and £1900.00 used.
I see them (the S.S.) on E-Bay quite often. They range from a low of about $200 to a high of about $450. At that price it's not a priority when there are cheaper items I want. I collect US Duck Stamps up to #75 and don't care if they are used. I just bid on and got 4 I don't have yesterday and only have two left to get (#'s 69 and 73 I think). To all of you in the U.S. congratulations on your election!
All of this just because I congratulated the U.S. on it's election, come on. Loosen up a bit! I was very careful to just say election without making any comment on who won - I assumed that was not in much doubt. But I left politics out of my comment, no insult was intended to any one on either side.

I cannot seem to find these anywhere.
Will someone please put me out my misery.
