Does anyone have a description of the identifying marks of Fournier and Hirschburger forgeries of the very common 1892-1900 "Navigation and Commerce" Mouchon stamps, for French INDO-CHINA. I note that perforations of the counterfeits are typically 13.5x14 but I am in possession of stamps perforated 14x13.5 that certainly look like they could be fakes. Does anyone have photographs or drawing showing the areas to look for?
Thanks in advance. rrr...
