To build upon “Michael”s comments re the three center stamps: “Charity” stamps (or labels). Also known as “Cinderellas”. Sales proceeds benefited orphans of Telegraph employees.
Not listed in Scott. But very collectible.

Especially if you should find a cover where they were
mistakenly used for postage and are clearly contemporaneously
tied to the face of the envelope.
