These are Bavarian railway stamps. I do not think that Scott lists these.
Bavarian railroad stamps is correct, also not listed in Michel or Michel special Vol 1
According to someone on another forum these are listed as revenues of the Bayerische Staatseisenbahnen (Bavarian State Railway) and are cataloged in Erler-Jünke's Katalog der Stempelmarken von Deutschland (Catalogue of the Adhesive Revenue Stamps of Germany), Vol. XVII.
There are a number of different versions of these stamps including different watermarks.
The first four stamps in the scan have the abbreviation "Kgl." for "Royal" .
The other values here do not. I assume these were issued at some point after the end of the kingdom in 1918.
