You are correct. They are from a set of 14 that was intended to be issued in 1920, but never was. The unlisted set is noted along with other items following Ukraine Scott #87, and has a notated value of $5.00.
A clean MUH set can sell for A$10-15
Perhaps there is more demand for these stamps nowadays but I still rank these Vienna issues as bulk junk. I would very much like to sell that set at half the price you list. 5 cent each would be more realistic...
Thanks, everyone. Much appreciated.

in terms of value, Jan-Simon is closer to what the market bears
I beg to differ. I sell 2-3 sets a year between the prices I mentioned. I get around A$1 per stamp for MUH.
Well that's good for you! I guess there is a better market for Ukrainian stamps down under. Perhaps I should send mine over to you so you can sell them at a commission
Seriously, I can hardly give them away over here.
Most of the sets I see are toned, hinged or MNG. A clean MUH set isn't that easy to find here, so that may be the difference?
I guess that could very well make the difference. Mine are very likely to be in either one of those three categories. Don't think I have many clean mint copies.
Still demand is not that strong over here that a mint unhinged one might sell for a huge premium.
Can anyone tell me about these stamps? Not found in Scott. From what I read on the internet, I'm assuming that they were probably prepared for use but never issued.
Value?
Thanks,
Don
