also note that all three have the 31 JAN 07 cto cancel, so do not get fooled by the catalogue values for the used stamps. These are for genuinely used stamps. Most stamps from this set you will come across are cto.
Thanks for the heads-up Jan. The cancellations on 1st glance are assumed to be postally used stamps.

" ... The cancellations on 1st glance

I have pointed the fact that they are remainders
that sell for a dollar or so to several dealers
who had them priced at $30 to $50 a set.
And one dealer would remove them from the
display case for a few weeks and I'd catch him
again and again.
That was only one of the slightly deceitful practices
he employed until his shop in Centereach, LI, NY,
closed and he passed away.
Of course Scott has not got it entirely correct here (they missed the JAN between 31 and 07) but this should help anyway.
Picked these up in an old album and am working on cataloguing. I searched for over 15 minutes to no avail, and am baffled on this set. I believe they are semi-postal stamps, and they are illustrated in my Minkus Album as issued around 1906. Please help with identification SC#. Thanks!
