In the last hour I won the last stamp I needed to complete my first page of Norway. I have only added a couple stamps to my Norway collection in the last 30 years and this one was top of the short list of stamps needed. It is Scott #7 from the 1863 set and is the key stamp to the page. Only one other stamp from Norway catalogs for more in used condition.
It has great centering and a nice straight up S.O.N C.D.S. and will highlight the page.

re: Norway 1st page completion

nice stamp, good quality! I wish I could send in reports like that, I have some of these early ones, but not even half as much as you show so casually.

Regarding the remark about the c.v. being higher used than mint: I do not have a catalogue at hand to check, but aren't nearly all the semipostals from the warperiod (1941-1945, lifeboat, Quisling, sinking ships etc.) valued higher with cancels from the correct period? Especially the three Quisling stamps are very rare genuinely used, as the man was so unpopular.
There are also a lot of (cto) cancels from the 1980s that have a much lower value.

That being said, once more congratulations with finishing another page!
