It says on top "Levant" and that's where you should search: French offices in the levant.

These are 1942 Free French issues of Levant (Syria). They are not listed by Scott, but appear in my old 1994 Yvert catalog under Levant airmails #5 and 6 with a value of 7 francs each, both mint and used. They also exist overprinted and surcharged.

They are listed in Scott as Syria Military, Military semi postal, and Military Air Post. Check numbers M1-->, MB1-->, MC1-->,MCB1-->
Some of these are pretty valuable.
