The left stamp on the bottom row looks to be Guatemala Scott# 3.

The first stamp in the top row is a Thailand 1 baht revenue from 1962
The second stamp in the top row is an upside down Saudi Arabia charity tax stamp from 1956, SG 351.
The third stamp in the top row is a Polish 20,000 marks revenue stamp for use in Silesia from 1924.
The second stamp in the bottom top row is an unissued stamp for Montenegro. I believe this was prepared by the government in exile in France.

A wild guess about the PRO MALAGA stamp, probably for the benefit of the city in southern Spain, birthplace of Picasso.
