Hi Popeye,
If you have bought the MICHEL-Europa-Katalog then you will just have their listings for European countries.
Korea is listed in one of their Ãœbersee (Overseas) catalogues:
http://www.briefmarken.de/michelshop/de/kataloge/japan-korea-mongolei-gus-katalog-2014-uek-9-2
Scott didn't used to list North Korea, but they started doing that several years ago. Have you tried that, or else, feel free to show the stamps here and we can try to identify them for you.
The Michel Europa Katalogs Band 1, 2 and 3 from 2003/2004 will give you the whole of Europe except Eastern Europe. In those days, Europe fitted in 4 soft cover volumes. Today it is seven hard cover ones...
I purchased three katalogs (Band # 1, 2, 3,) 2003-2004
I'm looking for some Red Cross issues that are listed from North Korea. Dem. People's Rep. Don't find a listing for either one. How do you read these to extract needed information for cross reference of stamp issues. Print could not be much smaller I might add. Guess I'm sort of a Scott's catalog kind of guy.
