I think I may have asked about this when I first joined. The drop down box in the View Sold Items has the lowest number of Days a "7". I my case I sometimes have hundreds of stamps sold in a 7 day period and it would be easier for me to have a lower number of days to select from. I have a hard time scrolling or searching thru the items to find the recent sales from the last day or two. Is there anyway to give a lower number of days to choose from in that drop down list ?

re: View Sold Items

There is no way to display less than the previous 7 days of sold items.

However, you can limit what you see by uninvoiced lots. Go to INVOICES, and then click on ADD AN INVOICE. You will see the member names of those who have bought items from you that you have not yet invoiced. You can click on a member name and see what they bought from you. An invoice is not generated unless you do the steps beyond this. You can use your browsers back button and see the member name list again and check on the next member who bought from you. I do this all the time to keep track of the most recent, and uninvoiced sales.

Not exactly what you were looking for, but it is a good work around for now.

re: View Sold Items

I know there is no way today to show less than 7 Days worth of sold items. I was hoping in the future that there could be a lower value in the drop down list. Even this discussion board format has a view by Last Week (7 Days) and Last Day (1 Day). The problem I have with the invoice list method is the the lot # is not set up as a link to go back to the page from the approval book like it is on the view items sold - so if I need to see what item or book it is from that list is not worth it especially when someone selects items from multiple books. re: View Sold Items

I'm a little confused. Both the items sold list and the invoice list show the same details. Below is an example of one sold item copied from each of my lists. Both show the item number, and the description show the type of sale (approvals in this example), book number, page number and item number.

Items Sold List:
1160747 Approvals: Book 2497, Page 04, Item 08

Invoice List:
1154215 Approvals: Book 2497, Page 01, Item 08

re: View Sold Items

The difference is in the invoice list you can not click on the item # to be directed to the page in the approval book where the item selected is from. From the items sold the link works - so as I am going thru the items to pull I can make sure I am pulling the correct stamp from the correct book. If the links could be added to the invoice list - then I would not have a problem doing it that way. Steve

Steve and Theresa,
Please have a look at the View Sold Items screen now. Does that give you enough granularity?

re: View Sold Items

Tim,
That is fantastic !! You are terrific !! I actually saw it this morning before I even saw your update here and was surprised to see it so quickly - I was hoping to see it sometime this year - not overnight !! This will help me alot - because I tend to look at my sold items every day or two - and now I can easily see what is new instead of scrolling thru 7 days worth of items looking for the dates. I like to pull the selections out as they are chosen and put them aside in envelopes and accumulate them for a few weeks in some cases before I invoice someone. This will save me alot of time.. Thanks for your help. STEVE
