Czechoslovakia Sc## OL1 and OL2. Usually referred to as the Czech Scout stamps. Scouts were asked to deliver official mail in Prague at the beginning of the country's existence. Reprints are on white paper. The original stamps were on a grayish paper.
Interesting perforations. Are they die cut? I like how they are colored around the edges of the perfs.
I heard they had a little old lady sitting in her rocker hand painting those colored edges on the perfs. Excellent work IMHO.

Yes, they were die cut.
It's not immediately obvious, but the stamp is also embossed.
It looks like you have the reprint. Check the back. Originals are on grayish paper with yellow gum. Reprints are on white paper with white gum.
They look very similar in style to the Czech Legion in Siberia stamps.
