Book Description

BELGIUM definitives, all years to 1980s. Grouped in approximate chronological order, (some stamps added later, so not perfect order). No cat #s, No years, Some occasionally as markers and for reference.
Some duplicates. Used mostly. All at $0.10 each.

I try to footnote imperfections, but some can escape me. If you don't like a stamp ask for credit. Billing is once per month or by request.

Missed one you wanted, but it was sold! Message me as I may have more duplicates.

Payment and Shipping Terms

You can pay, in U.S. funds, by check, money order or Paypal. Paypal accepted for orders over $5.00. No charge for checks. Paypal for amounts under $5.00, please add 50 cents to your payment, and let me know.

I issue invoices once a month, on the last day of the month. Also anytime, on request.

I hold won lots for 60 days after invoicing, at which time I will issue a reminder to pay. If you don't communicate, your purchases will be voided 30 days after the second reminder and stamps returned to inventory. It is YOUR responsibility to contact me, and no extra emails will be sent. My goal is to reduce shipping costs. Need more time, let me know.

Buyer pays cost of shipping (postage is usually for 2 oz due to packing..currently $0.55 per oz US Domestic and $1.15 per oz International (Canada is $1.15 for 2 oz). I add a flat US $0.50 for Supplies/Paypal. I ship lots in glassine envelopes, in stock cards, and in a stiffened regular envelope. Customers are responsible for extra packaging and/or optional services they may request. Bulky items will incur additional shipping charges, as needed.
I am not responsible for lost items in the mail, and in particular to overseas addresses. If the purchase is valuable to you, please ask for tracking, certified, registered or other options (at the pass through cost to you).
