First 1-100 stamps - $1.40 (US); $2.20 (Canada); $2.80 (all other countries).
Any next batch of 1-100 stamps - add $0.40 (US); $0.80 (other countries).
For totals of $10 or less paid by PAYPAL - add 0.60.
