Lately i seem to have hit a wall with my usual collecting interests...so i fall back to my binders of U.S. first day covers. Do not have a clue where i got this one...first day cover for a first class postage rate change...with a cachet no less. I think its a bit unusual.Image Not Found

I collect the George Washington Bicentennial year of 1932. I've never seen that cover before.

I have had a number of those over the years.

I have had two different colors of the cachet:
