Where does Scott and SG put the Soviet Occupation issues (Scott No 10N1 to 10N47) in their albums? Do they begin the GDR section wuth these issues?

Steiner puts them in a set of pages called Allied Occupation. In Scott catalog, they begin the GDR section.
