United States/BOB & Other : Need Help With This One

I'm not set up with all my stamp devices, still setting up everything with the move.

Here is an Ebay item that I'm not sure but the R41a appears like I can see a couple of perf. dimples (again I can't add arrows right now, wish I could).

See at top Revenue between the "UE" and in margin by the right hand "20".

What do the SOR experts say is it a trimmed R41c to look like an R41a?

I’m no expert, but I think that you are right. Looks like 6-8 top row dimples are visible with the one that you pointed out being quite clear. I say that it is trimmed.
