331 with offset place number 4966, reverse offset plate number 4962, this happens on flat plate printed sometimes, this example really nice.

This is most likely the very best example I've ever seen, really nice offset plate number on a flat press printed stamp. This is another reason to remove the gum, so what's in the gum won't deteriorate the stamp, esp. the offset plate number.
