Durland, the standard US plate block catalog does not.

No catalog that I know of, but in real world terms...
I sell a lot of FDCs in my eBay store. For a standard cacheted FDC with a single, I sell for $1.29. For a block of four 1.49 and a plate block of 4 1.99- and they sell like hotcakes.

Is there any place in the Scott US specialized Catalogue, which gives a value for
first day covers with plate blocks
