When I was stationed in England, there was a stamp dealer in the villiage.

One day he offered me 4 blocks of 9 of the 5 cent error (505) for a really good price, I could not pass it up.

I kept the worst block see attached and traded off the other 3.

I figured all in all the block I kept really cost next to nothing!

What great deals do members had?

Maybe the title should be changed to something more generic like "Good deals you found" if that was the intent of the post.

Ebay has a few offers, including a sheet of 100. I'm sure many other sites and most dealers could probably find them if requested.

My copies. Top was a gift, used, cost 0. Bottom obtained in bulk US lot for really good price.

Just seeing if I understand the term - are both of these blocks line perforated as opposed to comb perforated?

If I am correct, check where the vertical and horizontal perf lines cross each other. Becaue the crossing holes are not perfect and the holes touch each other, this makes the perforations line perf.
