Not a collecting area of mine.
Thanks for the site Vic, I'll file it away for a while. I'm going to keep this area fairly low key for a while and probably won't even add it to my want list. I'll see what I can get from the members here for the next while. Same as the "Peanut's stamps" I just started collecting. I'll keep them an SOR thing for a while and see what develops! Thanks for the help!

Steiner has pages for Tannu Tuva too.
Yes, there are few expensive issues, but not something that can prevent You from completing one:
Here is one what I have in album, Michel catalog number 41-48, as I see, it is valued at 65.00 euro,
and no need for certificate.
Again, all depend what is for You "expensive" and what "target" is!
Building one complete collection, or just fill some space.
I just came across this site for Tuvan stamps some nice expensive ones

Thanks Ian!
I've lately decided to start a modest collection of Tannu Tuva. Why, you may ask! I think their stamps are really attractive. I know most of what I will end up will be CTO, so almost no collector's value. But, WTH, it'll be a nice looking collection. I use Big Blue, the Scott's International album, Volumes I, II IIIA and IIIB for my world collection. But there was almost nothing there. I'm not into designing my own pages so I went on E-Bay and found a gorgeous 18 page coloured album for a very reasonable price. It'll also fit very well with my Russia collection. Are there any other Tannu Tuva collectors out there? I see in the catalog that there are a few expensive items, mostly overprints that would require certificates, but I'm probably not even going to bother with them. So far I've picked up a few dozen stamps on SOR and I will probably use that as my main source for a while. Very attractive collection of stamps and most are affordable!
