Much of what you listed is available as Scott Specialty Albums in new condition from Scott. The regional albums are mostly a thing of the past. Scott went to single country albums. Go to amosadvantage.com for a complete list of the Scott Specialty albums that are available.
Hi Everyone;
I got lucky also. In the 70s I lived in Chicagoland area. I frequented traditional stamp stores, and learned of Scott's plan to stop offering them from a stamp dealer.
I was working as a hi-tech electronics technician in medical equipment, and so could afford anything stamp related that I wished.
So I soon after learning of this, started buying all I could find, including calling all the mail order firms that were listed in Linn's. I scored all of Europe and colonies with the exception of Netherlands, Hungary, and French Colonies. I also got British Africa, Russia and area, part of British America, Scandinavia, Britain and British Europe, half of South and Central America, and all of Independent Asia. Later I purchased the National with all postal stationary and revenue supplements up to 1975.
They are now housed in 26 binders, two-thirds of which are 3" and the balance in 2", and I use them for most stamps and volume 1-7 of the big blue internationals for the rest of the world.
If you scour all available mail order firms, some may have older editions that have not sold and collectors reject because they are not supplemented up to date. You might be surprised what is out there. I doesn't cost anything to ask and see.
Congrats on your treasure hunt and good luck with the rest of the world. You may be able to buy from Amos, and just get the first and/or second volumes up to where you want to cut off, from them. They usually sell the larger albums in two or three parts, so Michael is right to suggest you check them out first.
If you subscribe to Linn's you get a huge discount, and a great stamp news source, plus the advertisers in there may still have some of the originals yet.

I did the exact same thing, Ken. Now I finally know who "the other guy" they were talking about is.
I can't remember his name, but did you ever buy any pages from the guy (I think he was in Michigan??) who when you called him he had to go down to his basement and dig around all the pages? I don't think he's around any more. I got alot of my pages from him.
Hi Everyone;
@ Michael;
No I bought all of my specialty albums with the Scott supplied binders, when I lived in Chicagoland in the 1970s-to-early-1980s. They were all purchased directly from bricks-and-mortar stamp stores in the Chicagoland area, and about a third of them from places like Patomic and Subway stamp supply wholesalers.
During that same period of time, I would usually use any left-over funds to buy a shoe box of dealer overstock, which is why I'll be listing many MNH foreign stamps on SoR approvals. I also went to all local stamp shows and purchased at least one or two cigar boxes full of goodies. I just could not resist all those goodies!
I've always loved the layout of these albums, because with all the white space around the stamps you can add a unlisted color variation or minor variety or two and the page still looks nice. I always hated the cheaper Harris albums because they reminded me of S&H green stamp books!
@ pathman;
So Pathman, you will very much enjoy your collection a great deal using the Scott albums. I just finished mounting a mess of French, Great Britain and US stamps (about 1,200) in my Scott Greens.
Well gotta go feed my kitty

Good for you Pathman ! i find collecting Guatemala a lot of fun..the stamps,covers and postcards. There are so few collectors in the Central American countries themselves..even today most of the Guatemalan mail is external rather than internal..hence the airmail issues !
I too was lucky enough to pick up a Central America Minkus Album up to 1970 for Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador... Having loads of fun, but I have to deal with the Minkus Catalog #'s and their colors... As the kids say...NO BIGGIE
Bob, you can always send me a list of which Guatemala you need ...i have a few(thousand) dupes !
I've been looking for the old original Scott Specialty Albums for South American, Central America, and Latin West Indies for years... remember back when Scott used to print regional specialty albums? I don't collect much beyond 1965 or so with countries I'm especially interested in (although my general collection goes up through the 1970s.
I wish Scott would reprint those albums... all they have to do is just include pages they already print and combine the countries together up to about 1960 or 1965 or so... that would be great... Benelux, Scandinavia, France and colonies, Spain and colonies, etc... I'll bet there would be a market for those. I look at the albums listed in the back of the old Scott catalogs and dream of days gone by!!
Anyway, one of my quests has been successfully accomplished... a nice Latin Americsan collection in a complete set of Scott Specialty albums up through 1960! Maybe lightening will strike twice or thrice!!
